Here is some equipment you can find at any commercial fitness equipment store that will make your core workouts more efficient by adding an element of balance to your training:

  • Wobble Boards: These boards help your balance and coordination
  • Foam Rollers: You can use foam rollers to increase your body awareness and flexibility
  • Mat Workouts: Use your mat to do yoga and Pilates exercises. These moves will help you relax and center yourself.
